Dear Customers!

Under Transaero Group Travel Program you will be able to book air tickets for Transaero scheduled flights at group tariffs.

All you need to do is to fill out a request (download request form), send it on your corporate form to Transaero Special Sales Department by fax: +7 (495) 937 84 59 or by email: groups@transaero.ru for costs of such group transportation to be calculated.

We would like to inform you that Transaero airline offers special fares for groups not on all routes.

In the Demand it is necessary to specify:
- the full name and firm-customer co-ordinates;
- exact dates of a start/return;
- directions of flights, numbers of flights
- exact quantity of passengers.

The costs calculated, a Transaero manager responsible for group transportations will contact you within 3 working days to agree the terms and costs of transportation of your group.

the Basic conditions of group transportations:
- special tariffs are given for groups not less than 10 passengers.
- children's and other discounts are not applied
- change of dates of a start/return is not authorised
- under the issued tickets return of the sums is not made (an exception make not used rates)
- renewal of the ticket for other passenger under condition of preservation of dates of a start/return is supposed.
- reduction of the size of group to "min size" ("min size" makes 80 % from originally requested quantity of places, but not less than 10) till the moment of full payment - without penal sanctions.
- to increase group under the special tariff, probably, no more than by 5 places (in the presence of empty seats under the group tariff for flights).

If you accept the terms and costs of your group transportation on a scheduled Transaero flight, you will agree the most convenient ways of paying for such transportation and delivering tickets for your group with the manager of Transaero.
